Hi, I’m Sarah
I live and work in Ottawa, Ontario as an occupational therapist and mindfulness teacher.
I have been working as an occupational therapist for more than 20 years and have been working with veterans and first responders since 2012, using a trauma-informed approach.
Both in my personal and professional life, I use nature and mindfulness meditation to bring calm and joy to each day! I often incorporate a walk into treatment sessions or lead a meditation, if that suits you.
Working with individual clients, I strive to empower people to learn more about their own health and live lives that fit with their own personal values.
I'm looking forward to working with you!
