Improving Sleep for Women


You're in your 40s or beyond.  You're awake at 4:00 a.m. and exhausted all day.

Introducing a new, in-person program:
Improving Sleep for Women


This program is designed to help you:
- Feel better rested and more alive
- Be less irritable
- Address any fear of sleeping
- Manage trips to the bathroom and night sweats
- Deal with thoughts or stress that are keeping you awake at night

Have your questions about sleep answered by an occupational therapist who has helped clients sleep better for many years

This program is being offered in Ottawa at BMindful Psychotherapy and Coaching Centre on March 30, April 6 and April 20, 2020 from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Investment:  $395.00 (which may be covered by your extended health plan)
For those who sign up before March 1, 2020, I will be offering an additional one-on-one 30-minute phone call following after the course.
