By adding in appropriate movement (gentle exercise), education about how the body handles pain, ways to manage the stress of having pain, improving sleep and prioritizing, you can take charge of your life again. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress, it can be very challenging to motivate yourself to live the life you want to live. Working together to build up your social connections, exercise, awareness of your emotions and productive activities, you can regain a balance of activities in your life. We can work together using exposure to increase the activities and places that are part of your life, if appropriate.
